You can test to see what a base coat will look like without even dipping. Simply lay the film over something like colored paper to get an idea of what it would look like.

Recommended Activator: Dip Demon Premium blend or Dip Ape / Dip Wizard aerosol
We recommend using Dip Demon Premium brand activator with all of our films. This is what we use on all in our facility and have found it to be the best.

It is assumed that you have a basic working knowledge of the hydro dipping process. Film is not labeled for which side faces up or down. To tell which side faces down, simply wet your finger and thumb then firmly grab a corner of the film. When you let go of the film, one side will stick to either your finger or thumb. The sticky side goes facing down when laying film on the water to hydrate.
